It's truly a standout! Notes of white peach and berry will hit your nose and as you drink the cup, you also will have a hint of spice - a tad of cinnamon and ginger. The double anaerobic honey process involves an initial 50-hour anaerobic fermentation of whole cherries, followed by pulping and a second 50-hour fermentation with selected spices, culminating in a 10-day sun drying period.
