The site’s red, iron-rich volcanic soils shape Favia’s structured interpretation of Napa Cabernet. The 2022 wine matured for 19 months in French oak, including 50% new barrels. This exact release is one 750 mL bottle at 14.8% ABV / 29.6 proof.
Favia describes its Oakville Cabernet as profound, dense, aromatic, and balanced. Vintage-specific notes center on crunchy dark berry fruit and savory sagebrush, supported by red-dust minerality, loamy earth, and robust tannins.
